Thank you to all the great friends who came to our spring fling … it was sweet and the perfect evening to welcome in the beautiful weather and enjoy a nice glass of wine.
It feels like a time full of potential … with work, with life, with new ideas and possibilities. And that this new, demands to be implimented in creative original new ways … Sometimes this can bring stress as in “out with the old, in with the new” it is one of those such times. I also love being challenges to grow and shed my set ways of doing things to be invited to see something new and original ….
I am so thrilled with Yoga and it’s amazing ability to support the body through these new unknowns. One of my favorites is Alyssa at Synergy Power Yoga in Barrington, RI she has spunk and so much spirit …. check out her Africa program!! so great!!
